  • 1998 — Republic of Moldova representative to Governing Council of the Social Development Fund of the Council of Europe / Development Bank of CE.
  • 1999 — Ambassador, permanent representative of RM to Council of Europe.
  • 2000 — diplomatic degree of extraordinary and plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova.
  • 2003 — Councilor, OGRGRRM.
  • 2004 — lecturer, Law Academy / European University.
  • 2004 — Chair of the European Association for Strategic Policies.
